TransferTourism is an international digital reservation and operations platform operated by Transfer Tourism LLC.

1. PLATFORM STATUS

TransferTourism is not a transportation company and does not directly provide transportation services.

The PLATFORM provides digital reservation and operations infrastructure connecting users with independent local service providers and licensed suppliers.

2. PAYMENT PROCESSING ROLE

The PLATFORM may act as a technical infrastructure provider and payment processing intermediary on behalf of independent service providers in connection with reservation and payment operations.

Payments processed through the PLATFORM are collected within the scope of the related reservation transactions.

The PLATFORM is not the direct provider of the service and does not accept direct responsibility for the actual fulfillment of services.

3. PAYMENT METHODS

Payments may be made using the following methods:

Credit card / debit card

Online payment systems

Digital payment infrastructures

Other supported payment methods

4. PAYMENT FLOW

Reservation payments processed by the PLATFORM may be transferred to the relevant service provider after deduction of platform service fees or commissions.

5. COMMISSION AND SERVICE FEES

The PLATFORM may charge commissions or service fees for reservation organization, technical infrastructure, and operational services.

6. CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES

The actual execution of services and operational processes arising from reservations are the responsibility of the relevant independent service provider.

In the event of chargebacks, payment disputes, or transaction claims:

The PLATFORM may provide transaction-related information to payment providers.

Operational responsibility belongs to the relevant service provider.

The PLATFORM may provide technical and operational assistance during the resolution process but does not assume direct liability.

7. RESERVATION CANCELLATION

If the customer submits a cancellation request at least 48 hours before the reservation date and time, the payment made will be fully refunded.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through the website, email, or customer support channels.

8. CANCELLATIONS MADE LESS THAN 48 HOURS BEFORE SERVICE

No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the reservation time.

Such cancellations are considered service-related operational costs because the reservation may have already been assigned to an independent service provider and operational planning may have been completed.

9. REFUND PROCESS

For eligible cancellations, refunds will be processed using the same payment method used during the booking.

Refunds are generally completed within 5–10 business days.

Processing times may vary depending on banks and payment providers.

10. NO-SHOW

If the customer fails to appear at the specified pickup point at the scheduled reservation time, the booking will be considered a "no-show".

No refunds will be issued in no-show cases.

11. CANCELLATION BY THE PLATFORM OR SERVICE PROVIDER

TransferTourism reserves the right to cancel reservations in extraordinary situations such as technical failures, security risks, operational issues, force majeure events, or supplier-related problems.

If a reservation cannot be fulfilled by the independent service provider, the customer may be offered either a full refund or a free date modification.

12. PAYMENT SECURITY

The PLATFORM does not directly store payment card information.

All payment transactions are processed through secure payment infrastructures and third-party payment providers.

13. CURRENCY

Prices may be displayed in different currencies.

Currency conversion rates may vary depending on the policies of the relevant payment provider.

14. PLATFORM RIGHTS

The PLATFORM reserves the right to review, verify, delay, or cancel transactions for security, fraud prevention, or verification purposes.
