Open Find Reservation with your booking code and first or last name. Cancellation at least 24 hours before pickup is free; check the cancellation deadline shown on your booking. Contact support for late cancellation requests or verification of a cancelled flight exception. Cancelling a paid booking does not issue an automatic refund; collected payments are reviewed by an administrator.
